Faith Foundation
Life Academy Early Learning Center is a ministry of Christian Life Center Worldwide and is a Bible-based early learning environment committed to nurturing the whole child — spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. We believe that every child is uniquely created by God, possesses inherent value and purpose, and should be encouraged to discover and develop the gifts and abilities God has placed within them. As part of our faith-based educational experience, children are introduced to Biblical principles through weekly Chapel services, age-appropriate Bible lessons, Scripture memory, prayer, worship, and character development. These experiences are designed to help children begin developing an understanding of God’s Love, learn Biblical values such as kindness, honesty, compassion, respect, responsibility, and forgiveness, and develop a growing sense of purpose and significance. Our goal is not only to prepare children academically for their next level of education, but also to help establish a strong foundation of faith, character, confidence, and purpose that can positively influence them throughout their lives. At Life Academy Early Learning Center, we seek to create an environment where every child can learn, grow, discover their God-given potential, and begin to understand that their life has meaning and purpose.

At Life Academy Early Learning Center, our faculty is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered, and academically enriching environment where every child is valued and encouraged to grow. Our educators are caring, knowledgeable, dedicated professionals who recognize that each child is uniquely created by God and possesses individual gifts, abilities, and learning needs. Our faculty strives to cultivate curiosity, creativity, confidence, character, and a love for learning through developmentally appropriate instruction and meaningful relationships. Teachers work collaboratively with families to support each child’s academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development. Through intentional teaching, positive guidance, Biblical principles, and compassionate care, the faculty of Life Academy Early Learning Center seeks not only to prepare children for their next educational journey but also to help lay a strong foundation for a life of purpose, integrity, faith, and excellence. At Life Academy Early Learning Center, we believe that great teachers do more than educate – they inspire, nurture, encourage, and help children discover who God created them to be.
Dr. Andrene Monk
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
Dr. Andrene Maria Monk is a teacher of leaders and has trained thousands of people over her years as an ordained five-fold ministry gift of “teacher”. She is currently the Executive Director of Education at Christian Life Center Worldwide serving as director of Life Bible Institute, Life Academy Early Learning Center, Discipleship Training, and Ministerial Ordination and Licensing Academy. In addition to teaching God’s Word to adults, she is passionate about nurturing, caring for, loving, and teaching children. She was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and was ordained by Bishop Keith A. Butler, Word of Faith International Christian Center. Bishop Butler relocated her to Georgia in December 1995, and to Tampa, Florida in 2000, to help plant churches under his apostolic leadership. She attended Rhema Bible College, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, William Tyndale College in Southfield, Michigan, the University of Michigan and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, Lighthouse Bible College in Beebe Arkansas, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel). Dr. Monk received a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s Degree in Theology, and a Doctor of Theology degree. Dr. Monk has earned a certificate in the Hebrew language and culture from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel) and received her Childcare Development Associate certification, and her Early Childhood Development Director’s certification. She has been serving in The Kingdom of God since 1990 and has assisted in establishing several churches, ministries, children’s ministries, early learning centers, and Bible Colleges throughout the United States, obtaining licensing and accreditation for each school. She has also established several Georgia Lottery Pre-K centers.
Mrs. Connie Floyd
ASSISTANT CENTER DIRECTOR
Ms. Connie Floyd brings more than twenty years of experience to Life Academy Early Learning Center. She has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with a minor in Elementary Education from Mercer University. Some of her previous professional experiences include working with the Georgia Pre-K program as a lead teacher, the department of the Army as the three-year-old program manager, a paraprofessional in Clayton County Schools, and a teacher at DFMI Christian Academy. In her ministerial experience, she completed Layman’s Bible School and served as a licensed and ordained minister and elder. Mrs. Floyd has completed numerous training classes to enhance her knowledge and understanding of child development. Some of these include the Creative Curriculum for Early Childcare, Best Practices, pre-kindergarten teacher training, certified childcare professional credentials and management intensive training. She is eager to pour her knowledge and experience into the children and families of Life Academy Early Learning Center.
